About the CEO


As a detail-oriented Legal Advisor and HR Consultant working with Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), he brings over fifteen years of experience advising companies and individuals on Labor, Employment, and HR laws and procedures. He is dedicated to ensuring legal compliance and developing effective company policies. With excellent legal advisory skills, he keeps individuals and organizations informed of legal requirements through in-person discussions, phone calls, and written correspondence. He has strong background in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, company policies, disciplinary policies, employee handbook and other legal and HR documents.

He has also served as an Arbitrator, for Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, UAE to resolve disputes over the phone between employers and employees for the first of its kind HOTLINE project of MOHRE. He excels at managing disputes and negotiating settlements, consistently achieving positive outcomes. In recognition of his outstanding performance, he was honored with the Best Arbitrator Certificate from the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.

As a labor law trainer, he regularly conducts in-house and seminar-based sessions on UAE labor laws, Emiratisation, Wages Protection System (WPS), and company and HR policies and procedures.

In addition, he writes articles covering various employment and labor law-related topics, such as the different types of employees and effective strategies for managing them, as well as the legal aspects involved in situations like redundancies, suspensions, and deductions.
Furthermore he conducts risk assessments to identify and evaluate exposure to legal, ethics, and compliance issues. His commitment to staying informed about the latest Labor law and HR legislation allows him to provide ongoing regulatory compliance support.
